How to use Car AI
Car AI turns a photo of your car into photorealistic modifications in seconds. Here's how to get started and get the best results.
Getting started
- 1
Upload a photo of your car
Open Car AI and add a clear, well-lit side or three-quarter photo showing the whole car. This is the base the AI edits.
- 2
Choose a mod, style or scene
Pick a single mod (paint, rims, body kit, wrap, tint, spoiler, lighting), a full build style, or a cinematic scene — or describe what you want with a custom prompt.
- 3
Generate and save
Car AI produces a photorealistic result in seconds. Save it, share it, compare options side by side, or keep trying new looks.
Common tasks
How do I change my car's paint color?
Upload a photo, open Paint & Color, and choose a color and finish (gloss, matte, satin, metallic). Car AI repaints your exact car so you can compare colors before a respray or wrap.
AI paint changerHow do I try new rims on my car?
Upload a photo and open Wheels & Rims. Swap in a new wheel style, color or finish; the app keeps your car and stance intact and changes only the wheels.
Rim visualizerHow do I preview a body kit?
Upload a photo and open Body Kits. Add a full kit or individual pieces (splitters, side skirts, widebody fenders, diffusers) to judge the proportions before buying.
Body kit visualizerHow do I make an AI car video?
Start from a car photo or a finished build, open AI Car Video, and generate a short cinematic clip. AI video uses credits because it's more compute-intensive than image mods.
AI car videoHow do I create a cinematic wallpaper?
Open the Wallpaper Maker and place your car in a cinematic scene — night city, canyon, studio and more — then save it as a wallpaper.
Wallpaper makerHelp FAQ
What photo gives the best results?
A clear, well-lit side or three-quarter photo showing the whole car works best. Avoid heavy shadows, extreme angles, obstructions or very low-resolution images. A cleaner input photo also produces better mod previews.
Can I combine multiple mods?
Yes. You can layer changes — for example new paint, wheels and a body kit — to mock up a complete build before committing in the real world.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. On your iPhone, go to Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions to change or cancel. Cancel before the free trial ends to avoid being charged.
My result changed part of the car I didn't want changed. What can I do?
Try a clearer, higher-resolution photo taken straight-on or at a three-quarter angle, and apply one mod at a time. Results can vary with photo quality, lighting and angle; regenerating usually helps.
